How to Enter:
Entry Period: July 1,2026 to August 30, 2026
Complete an Intake Form: Book an appointment in person or online to ensure your intake form is properly filled out for entry. All intake forms must include full customer contact and vehicle information.
Eligibility: All entrants must possess a valid driver’s license.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):
- In Person: Enter at Jim’s Automotive, Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
- Online: Book an appointment at https://jimsautomotivemg.com/appointments.
- Phone: Call 417-926-3966 to book over the phone.
All intake forms must be properly completed and approved before you are entered into the free drawing.
Winner Selection & Notification:
Selection Process: The winner will be selected from all eligible entries via a bucket-style drawing.
Notification: The winner will be contacted by phone call within 60 days of the first entry date. We will make three attempts to contact the winner. If contact cannot be established after three attempts, we will move to the next eligible entrant.
Participation Bonus:
All other participants will receive a free DVI with a printout to take home just for trying!
Data Usage & Privacy:
All data collected (full legal name, mileage, email, phone number, vehicle year, make, model, VIN) will be used to contact you regarding this contest, scheduled vehicle maintenance, services your vehicle may require, and for warranty purposes. This information may also be used for marketing services, products, or promotions from Jim’s Automotive.
Force Majeure Clause: We will not be liable for delay or failure to perform services caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorism, government action, labor disputes, or public health emergencies. This clause applies to all customers and vehicles involved.
Important Conditions & Exclusions:
No Purchase Necessary: Make appointment for FREE Digital Vehicle Inspection to be entered. DVI must be completed at shop to be entered.
Vehicle Restrictions: No diesel vehicles or trucks with a gross vehicle weight rating over half-ton. No lifted or modified vehicles will be accepted. All vehicles must be stock and of factory specifications. Some vehicles may be denied services due to safety liabilities or failure to meet factory specifications.
Additional Costs: Any additional parts or labor required beyond the prize package are extra. These will be estimated using Mitchell1 and O’Reilly 1st Call programs. The customer is responsible for payment at the time of service verification and repair completion.
Prize Terms: The services won are non-transferable.
